For over 25 years I have shared my passion for health and fitness with others by creating fun and effective workouts that get results. My goal is to get you to fall in love with fitness and living a healthy lifestyle because of the way it makes you FEEL- strong, confident, free to do the things you love! As a 50 year old mom to 5 kids and grandma to one, my goal is to be able to maintain my strength and energy to engage in activities with my kids and grandkids for as long as I possibly can. We live in beautiful Idaho and enjoy the many recreational activities our state has to offer including snowboarding, snow skiing, mountain biking, wake surfing, hiking, etc. I want to help you do the same with the people you love and things that make you happy.
