This is a 4-Week sample collection of my FitLife ongoing schedule, tailored for midlife women who want both strength and cardio workouts built into their weekly schedule to keep them fit and strong for all of life's adventures. In the FitLife schedule you are assigned 3 full-body strength workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The strength workouts are designed to promote lean muscle growth and boost bone density, and are key to aging strong and protecting your joints along the way. Each strength workout is approximately 40-50 minutes in length with options to make them shorter if desired. Every 4 weeks, you get a fresh new set of strength workouts to keep you progressing in your fitness journey. There are both home and gym options in each workout. For home, you will need a set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, loop bands with anchor, and a bench (a sturdy chair, cooler, or coffee table will work as well). Then to spice up your weekly routine, you are assigned a cardio/conditioning workout on T/Th. From HIIT and AMRAP to EMOMs and Tabata, each week brings a new challenge! These moderate to high-intensity cardio sessions are anywhere from 20-40 minutes in length, and guarantee a heart-pumping workout.
